On the first day of the fair, B2B marketing expert Agnieszka Wnuk and the teams of DBR77, ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE and Schmalz will join forces to prepare a conference: ‘Women of the Factory of the Future - diversity and competence’. Women leaders, who make a real difference to the industry on a daily basis, will talk about how team diversity, new competences and the courageous approach of women are shaping the future of industry.

On the other hand, the third day will be dedicated to ‘Production Processes of the Factory of the Future - with a special focus on automation and robotisation’. - Together, we will wonder if this is the time of mobile robots and the application of artificial intelligence in robots? Or will humanoids take our factories by storm? The Factory of the Future is not only about technology, but above all about people - their creativity, commitment and competence.
