Aton service LTD

Aton service LTD. is the Ukrainian designer and producer of aspiration equipment, filtering equipment, industrial blowers. Company was held in 2004 and developed from a small company into big production enterprise. Our company combines the excellent work of design and construction department, production, sales and support departments, assembling and comissioning department and after-sales service.

Everything that we create and offer is the result of our striving for perfection and search of solutions for effective creation or organization of enterprise’s clean working space. Cleanness is not our only goal, but saving of electricity and heat of the world’s ecology as well.

Aton service has 8 patents for own developments, more than 9000 ps of equipment produced per year, more than 58 million m3 of air is cleaned every hour with the help of our equipment. TWEKO

The painting equipment factory "TWEKO" is a family company that was founded back in 1992. At first, the company provided car maintenance services and imported equipment for car service stations from Europe to Ukraine. From the very beginning of the work, the inventive and entrepreneurial qualities of the founder did not give the company the opportunity to limit itself only to the import of equipment, therefore, in 1995, we began to manufacture equipment for car service stations, and already in 1998, the first TWEKO spray booth was born.

The factory is located in Kyiv and includes two production shops with an area of more than 1,000 m2, where a machine for bending sheet metal up to 3m/110t, a plasma metal cutting machine, pipe bending, rolling, turning, milling, sawing, drilling, and other machines, as well as a storage warehouse for sheet and profile rolled metal up to 50 tons, preparatory, welding and assembly areas and a dyeing and drying chamber as an experimental and demonstration sample.

Our factory has a research and development department, where 5 mechanical and electrical engineers work full-time. The entire team of our company actively participates in the development and implementation of new technological solutions and the improvement of existing ones, we have a large database with a library of standard drawings and non-standard solutions. The results of our work are based on rich experience in designing, manufacturing, and installing equipment. Our creative solutions are the optimal result of the cooperation of our engineers with several scientific and research institutes.

During the work, the Equipment Plant for the painting area "TWEKO" designed, manufactured, and installed more than 200 painting and drying complexes for leading domestic and foreign enterprises in various branches of industrial production. Invaluable experience in the development and implementation of surface treatment technologies in various industries allows us to cope with the most difficult tasks of creating a paint and varnish coating.

Among our clients are leading machine builders and industrialists - 10 out of 100 largest enterprises in Ukraine have already purchased and use TWEKO equipment. Most of the railroad cars, tanks, and armored vehicles produced in Ukraine are painted in our chambers. Details of helicopters of the MI type, Antonov airplanes, as well as Yuzhmash aerospace missiles are painted in TWEKO cameras. The equipment of our factory is exported to Moldova, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Myanmar, and France!

Kharkov Electro-Machine-Building Plant

Kharkov Electro-Machine-Building Plant is a leading manufacturer of high quality, powerful electric motors and generators for the most demanding industrial applications. Our products offer superior performance and reliability, allowing customers to make the most of their power and resources.

We manufacture electrical machines ranging from 100 kW to 18 000 kW for a wide range of applications including pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, mills and more. All of our electric motors meet international quality and safety standards.

We also offer a wide range of additional services for our customers, including advice on the selection and configuration of electrical machines, maintenance and repair, as well as the development of individual solutions for specific tasks.

Metalyt

The city of Kropyvnytskyi is known for its industry in agricultural machinery and hydraulic machines from the company Elvorti. The foundry tradition had already started in 1874, when the British brothers Robert and Thomas Elvorti began their business based on an existing German foundry. From 1922, the enterprise developed into one of the biggest producers of agricultural machines in the former USSR as “Red Star”. Now the company Elvorti. is the leading manufacturer in the Ukraine. The Metalyt foundry is their own casting supplier.

Metalyt produces casting of weighting from 0,5 kg up to 55 kg using grey iron GG20, GG25, GG30 and ductile iron GGG35.3 min machining allowances 1,6 - 2,2 mm at using automatic equipment with productivity 2,5 t per hour.

Foundry is specialized in producing castings of any complexity for agricultural machinery, hydraulics, automotive and rail transport with DISAMATCH24x28 moulding.
