Safety zone
Concern for health and safety at work should be a priority for both large factories and smaller production facilities. That is why, for the umpteenth time, the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE trade fair will feature a Safety Zone, which last year attracted crowds of visitors with its spectacular demonstrations.
During the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE trade fair, we invite you to visit the SAFETY ZONE in pavilion 3A, whose main partner is TROAX POLAND.
This year, it will be possible to experience an emergency situation in practice and check what to pay attention to when designing or installing automation in a plant or warehouse in order to avoid such events. The Zone partners will be conducting ‘crash tests’ throughout the fair.
Companies in the industrial safety industry will join forces to put on a spectacular show each day of the fair at set times. And all this to showcase the possibilities of safe work for machines and people. All co-organisers of the Safety Zone/Safety Zone will present their innovative products and solutions in real time, mimicking the working conditions of machines on the production or warehouse floor and protecting people and property at the same time.
All companies presenting their solutions in the Safety Zone are united by the industry of process and human security. They will demonstrate a well-thought-out and effective way of protecting machines from people and people from the dangers of machines.

THE SAFETY ZONE IS:
- a unique space presenting solutions for the safety of people and machines
- a venue for spectacular demonstrations, including crash tests and cobot cooperative robots
- a must-see for: production workers with day-to-day contact with automation in various areas of work, purchasing staff, health and safety staff, students of technical schools.
PARTNERS OF THE SAFETY ZONE:
MAIN PARTNER: TROAX POLAND
TROAX will show a range of the most commonly used fencing systems in automation and warehouse centres. An interesting highlight will be a demonstration of the operation of the ‘TROAX active safety’ system, which helps to align the movement of workers, forklifts and automated transport systems in large warehouse centres. More and more companies operating in industry are using this type of solution. ‘The ‘nail’ of the programme will be live demonstrations of crash tests with a special focus on the selection of appropriate safety components. ‘Crash tests’ will be carried out live with real loads. All in accordance with the standards required by EU law.
EUCHNER
EUCHNER - the leader in industrial safety, which has been providing safety solutions for people, machines and products for years, will present innovative power tests of collaborative robots (cobots). Visitors to the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE trade fair will have the opportunity to observe live how cobots react to different loads and situations, allowing them to better understand their functionality and safety when working with humans. The demonstrations aim to raise awareness of safety when working with collaborative robots. Participants will learn what norms and standards modern automation solutions should meet.
