Ten halls full of innovations for industry

Share

The ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair is a key place for meetings and exchange of technological experiences among industry leaders. This year, the offer of the latest solutions for the industrial sector will occupy as many as ten halls. There will be new zones combining science and business. It is here in Poznań that the transfer of knowledge and innovation to the dynamically developing market begins. The ITM fair has been monitoring global trends in industry for years.

We are the last weeks away from the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair. This year, the event will take place on 4-7 June 2024, traditionally on MTP Poznań Expo fairgrounds. World-class exhibitors in the field of metal processing, production solutions, automation and robotisation are preparing modern machines, technologies and premiere solutions.

The next edition promises to be very good. We have already filled almost the entire MTP Poznan Expo fairgrounds. We are preparing as many as ten halls in the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE, Modernlog and Subcontracting fair block. This year's exhibition will certainly surprise with its scale and will be enriched with interactive show spaces. Listening to the expectations of visitors, we are significantly expanding the Surface Treatment Showroom. We invited leading companies in this sector to participate, says Anna Lemańska-Kramer, director of the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair.

As part of the Surface Treatment Exhibition, you will be able to see live the offer of machines and devices for processing and protecting metal surfaces. Nearly forty companies have already confirmed their participation in the zone, including: Basf, Castor, Ecoline, EKO-BHL Tuszko, Indufinish. Participants will also be able to see presentations of the painting training ground, prepared by the editorial office of the 'Lakiernictwo Przemysłowe' bimonthly – the media patron of the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair.

The Science and Startups Zone

The ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair has been a 'connector' between the worlds of science and business for years. This edition will be accompanied by a special project created by universities and research institutes. In the Science and Startups Zone, participants will learn about inventions, scientists and new ventures. Innovations in industry and ways of obtaining subsidies for research and development will also be presented here. The organisers of this Zone are: the Agreement of Special Purpose Vehicles and the Agreement of Academic Technology Transfer Centres. These are entities bringing together over 120 units dealing with the commercialisation of scientific research results and the transfer of knowledge from Polish universities and research institutes.

The June ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair is a great celebration of industry and innovative technologies. Can our joint celebration do without the world of science, with its inventions, spin-offs and ambitious plans? No way! This is our fifth Zone this year and we see that this format of deepening science-business cooperation is working. In the Zone, you will see and meet inventions and startups, scientists and people responsible for science-business cooperation from Polish universities and research institutes. This is an ideal place to talk about the future of your own business and how scientists and students can help in implementing your plans and overcoming challenges. I encourage you to visit the Zone and openly talk about valuable R&D cooperation. All this in line with our main slogan of attendance at MTP events – #ZainspirujSieNauka, convinces Jakub Jasiczak, Phd Eng., Chairman of the Agreement of Special Purpose Vehicles, coordinator of the Science and Startups Zone.

The largest TECH Stage in Poland

Once again, the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair will host a spectacular, largest TECH Stage in Poland, prepared by DBR77 and Grupa MTP.

This time, the exhibition will fill the entire 5G hall, to which we invite: robot suppliers, integrators, and software suppliers. In one place, as part of the Factory of the Future, you will be able to see: robots, startups, the Production Labyrinth, AR/VR stations, encourages Katarzyna Szwarocka, Chief Marketing Officer from DBR77.

In the DBR77 Zone, each day of the fair, the organisers will provide different attractions addressed to people interested in innovative solutions in industry.

We are keeping the attractions of the first day of the fair a secret for now, while the second day will be devoted to technology suppliers who will talk about their latest solutions on stage. At the stand, we will show 20-25 robotic stations from all major global suppliers of robots, mobile and AGV robots, and ERP systems. The stations will be set up along the path leading through the labyrinth, so it will be possible to follow the entire production and intralogistics process, adds Katarzyna Szwarocka.

The third day of the fair in the DBR77 Zone will belong to integrators who will present their capabilities and take part in the competition for the best implementation of the year. The winners will be selected by technology providers. Integrators will be present at the stand for four fair days and will show their applications at over 20 robotic stands.

There will also be a continuation of the startup theme on the DBR 77 Stage. In cooperation with partners, the most promising market solutions related to production (primarily in the field of IoT) will be presented.

Emotions of competition and a dose of entertainment

In the Industrial Automation and Pneumatics Hall during the ITM INDUSTRY EUROPE fair, you will be able to observe the struggles of the participants of the Maintenance Services Tournament. The challenges prepared by Pneumat will require knowledge, efficiency and the ability to work under time pressure. Participants will compete for prizes worth over PLN 50,000. After the competition, this space will turn into an entertainment zone where visitors will also be able to try out the pneumatic version of classic slot machines.
